Meet the Coaches

Our Coaching Programs are shaped and led by CFW Co-Owners, Rachel Fagnant-Fassler and Cynnie King, whose diverse professional and educational backgrounds converged over a decade ago in the executive search and coaching field at CFW Careers.

Cynnie King, CEO and Co-Owner of CFW Careers, has helped individuals navigate every career stage, serving both as a recruiter and trusted career advisor. As an executive coach, Cynnie focuses on identifying and fully realizing professional potential. Having launched her career in sales 30 years ago, she went on to sell for creative agencies, serving as Managing Partner of an international branding consultancy. She was VP of an executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational development consultancy, WJM Associates.

Rachel Fagnant-Fassler, President and Co-Owner of CFW Careers, has worked with individuals across professional levels and industries. As a coach, Rachel specializes in all aspects of career development, management best practices, and career pathing. Rachel has a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and earned her MA in Counseling at NYU. She worked in clinical roles in several nonprofit organizations before shifting into the corporate sphere, now coaching hiring managers and executives. Her expertise has informed CFW’s search, coaching and talent consulting services for over a decade.
