Partnered with the CEO and Publisher and the VP of People. Contributed to the publication’s dynamic growth and evolution over several years, placing several leadership and senior individual contributor roles including Vice President of Events, Director of Strategic Development, Director of Strategic Partnerships and Subscriptions Director. Identified well qualified candidates aligned with highly specific experiential requirements; worked closely with the hiring team to develop bespoke interview processes to measure each role’s specific requirements for success.

Southworth Development is a privately held company based in Newton, Massachusetts specializing in the development of residential resort and hospitality-branded real estate communities.

Profitable, boot-strapped, fast-growing SMB

Partnered with the Managing Principal and President to fill a complex opening for a Chief Sales Officer role. This individual had to come from a real estate development background, with a focus on branded communities. They would oversee sales across six amenitized properties with a wide variety of luxury real estate inventory catering to clients around the globe, refining sales strategy and sales process, working closely with the CMO to continue to build the brand. In addition to this highly specific mix of skills, the company insisted that the candidate have a strong understanding of CRM, sales analytics, team org and structure, and onsite selling motion.
